Agent Fees

The day you join Lannon Stone Realty you'll pay a one time sign-up fee of $630.00. You'll also pay your 1st month's fee of $105.00 + your MLS access fee. Than on the 1st of every month you'll be charged $105.00 + your MLS access fee.
This is what sets us apart from other brokerages.
Each closed side costs you $200.00. You keep 100% of your earned commission! No splits, caps, royalty fees. franchise fees, E & O fees or any other fee. The only caveat is if we're paying out two people from one side, your closed side fee is $30.00 more or a total of $230.00.
Thats it unless you opt in for a private property searching website with CRM and blog for an additional $40.00. Move your license today and watch your commission checks soar.
